Just a thought you don't see much in the way of the progression of people starting to earn money from MLM methods or other internet marketing methods. So I've decided to start charting my progress here.
So far what I have done is I've joined Amway its going a bit slow at the moment I've tried to share the business opportunity with 43 people so far of which 2 have signed up under me. Possibly I am not such a good marketer ;-). The method I have tried so far to recruit people is to divide all the people I know into various groups
1.) Work Colleagues (both past and present)
2.) Friends from School
3.) Family (Yeah I know I have no scruples!)
4.) Parents whose kids go to the same school as my son
I then picked the most influential people from those various groups and tried to sell the idea to them as I figure if they buy into it the others will follow more easily.
The interesting thing I have found so far is that the people who have signed up are the ones who need money the least. One is a doctor and the other a chartered account!
The other money making method I have tried is building a few blogs and including google adsense links, clickbank links, bidorbuy (The South African equivelant of ebay) links and ebay links. So far the blogging idea isn't going so well I've only made R27.00 from this site which is about $3.37. However its still early days as google only indexed this site today! :-) So if you feel like helping me out please just click on some of the links on this page maybe you will find something usefull! Also send me your blogs and I will happily link to yours if you link to mine and I will click on the links in your pages. That way we can make money for each other! :-)
